Objectives are to improve emotional wellbeing by addressing pervasive patterns of emotional instability, self destructive behaviours and regaining a life worth living.  Clients may have a number of traits associated with Borderline Personality Disorder.
Long term, multi-stage, individual and group therapy.

"CoolACT" anger management program for over 18s
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy targeting inappropriate anger and associated distress.
Objectives are to reduce intensity and frequency of anger through mindfulness of physical and psychological responses, acceptance of personal fragilities, adopting alternative psychological responses and developing values based behaviour.
Short term, 10 week, Individual therapy.

"Relief" mood management program for over 18s
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy targeting low mood and / anxiety.
Objectives are to improve overall wellbeing by assisting resolution of mild to moderate depression and / or anxiety.  This program assists people to recognise the role cognition and behaviour has on their emotional and mental state and to develop strategies to overcome problematic patterns of thinking and behaving.
Short term, 10 week, Individual therapy.

"Thrive VCE" - advanced academic performance program.
Thinking and learning practices to assist academic performance.  Adopting contemporary cognitive psychology techniques, Thrive VCE is a program suitable for students seeking improved grades whilst maintaining sound wellbeing.

"Survive VCE" - stress, anxiety and mood management program.
Cognitive behavioural practices assisting improved psychological wellbeing.  Survive VCE is a program suitable for students experiencing undue stress, anxiety and low mood.
